Your practice, breathing again.

Medoc runs your whole patient relationship from one login — records, consultations, e-prescriptions, documents and billing — and gives every patient a free portal of their own. Built for solo doctors and small clinics in India.

The flagship screen

A consultation workspace, not a form

Three panes: the patient's whole story on the left, a structured SOAP note in the middle, vitals and prescriptions on the right. Autosaves every few seconds — nothing on that screen has a Save button.

Assessment

Viral upper respiratory infection. No red flags. Reassured; symptomatic management and review in five days if not settling.

Saved just now

Your schedule

Where you consult, and when

Your rota across every location, filtered by day, week or month. Set each clinic's hours once and the schedule follows — patients walk in, so there is no second calendar to keep in step.

Records

One clean record per patient

Every visit, document, prescription and reading on one scrubbable timeline — years of history readable in seconds.

Billing

Invoices and collections, built in

Generate an invoice straight from a visit, then mark it settled when the cash or UPI lands. Medoc keeps the record; the money stays between you and your patient.

Patient portal

Free for your patients. Always.

Your patients get their own login to see their records, read their prescriptions, and log their vitals between visits. You keep clinical ownership of every note you write — they get visibility and a voice, never silent edit rights.

One login

Records, consults, Rx and billing

Zero

Cost to your patients, forever

Cash / UPI

You collect fees — we never touch them

DPDP

The day it replaces

The work is not the medicine. The work is everything around it.

A solo practice already runs on five systems. None of them is broken on its own — the cost is in the seams between them.

Without Medoc

  • A register that only tells you who came, not what happened
  • Reports arriving on WhatsApp and staying there
  • Last year's prescription? Somewhere in a drawer
  • Follow-ups remembered, or not, by whoever remembers
  • Who still owes what: a notebook, or a guess

With it

  • Every visit, note and diagnosis on one timeline
  • Reports attached to the chart, findable in seconds
  • Every prescription you have ever issued, searchable
  • Follow-ups due, counted and listed on the dashboard
  • Outstanding invoices, per patient, always current

Getting started

Set up this afternoon. See a patient on it tomorrow.

There is no migration project, no onboarding call you have to sit through, and nothing to install.

  1. 013 minutes

    Create your practice

Your name, your specialty, your clinic's address and consulting hours. No registration number needed to start — you only need it verified before you issue an e-prescription.

  2. 0230 seconds

    Add your first patient

Name and phone is enough. Everything else — allergies, conditions, the medicines they are already on — can be filled in during the consultation, where you would learn it anyway.

  3. 03No training needed

    Consult, prescribe, done

Open the chart when they walk in. Write the note — it saves itself. Build the prescription or photograph the one you wrote by hand. Raise the invoice if you charged.

Two apps, one spine

The chart belongs to you. The story belongs to them.

Your practice is a sealed, private world. A patient registered with two doctors has two separate records, and neither doctor can see the other's notes unless the patient chooses to link them.

Your side

Clinical ownership, without exceptions

Every note, prescription and document you create belongs to your practice. Staff you add see only what you grant them, and every access is written to an audit trail you can read. Nothing you write can be edited by a patient — ever.

Their side

Visibility and a voice, never silent edit rights

Patients read their own records, prescriptions and invoices, and can add a report you should see. They cannot delete one after you have acted on it, and they cannot change a word of your note. Free to them, permanently.

What it costs

Nothing. No plans, no seats, no limits.

There is no subscription, no card on file and no trial that runs out. Add as many patients, locations and staff as your practice actually has.

Medoc also takes no part in what your patients pay you. Consultation fees are settled the way they always were — cash or UPI, in the room, between you and them. The software records what was charged and what came back, and never touches the money.

Included, at no cost

  • Unlimited patients and charts
  • Unlimited clinic locations
  • Unlimited staff accounts
  • E-prescriptions on your letterhead
  • Document storage for reports and scans
  • A free portal for every patient

Every doctor is verified before a single patient record leaves the platform

Verified

We confirm your medical council registration before you can invite a patient to the portal or issue an e-prescription. That single gate is what makes a patient comfortable sharing health information at all.

How we handle data

Before you ask

The six questions we get on every call

Do I have to change how I see patients?

No. Patients walk in rather than booking slots, so there is no calendar to maintain and no appointment to create. You open the chart when they arrive and start consulting. If you write prescriptions by hand, photograph one and it lands in the chart on your letterhead.

It is free. What is the catch?

There is no gateway taking a cut, because Medoc never handles a payment — your patients pay you in cash or by UPI exactly as they do now. We are a small product company, not a marketplace, and we do not make money from your transactions or your patients' data.

Can anyone at Medoc read my patients' records?

No. Platform administrators can verify a doctor's registration and suspend an account; they have no route to a patient chart. That is enforced in the database security rules themselves, so it holds even if our application code has a bug — not just in a policy document.

What if a patient sees two doctors on Medoc?

They get two separate records, and neither doctor can see the other's notes. Practices are sealed from each other by default. The patient can choose to link them, which is their decision to make, not ours or yours.

Will it work on my phone, on mobile data?

Yes. Every screen is laid out for a 320px phone before a desktop, and a cold page is about 350 KB — roughly one photograph. There is no app to install and nothing to update.

What happens to my records if I stop using it?

You export them and leave. Clinical records belong to the practice that created them; we claim no ownership and there is no lock-in clause.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — the team that writes the code answers the phone.
