There is no migration project, no onboarding call you have to sit through, and nothing to install.
Your name, your specialty, your clinic's address and consulting hours. No registration number needed to start — you only need it verified before you issue an e-prescription.
Name and phone is enough. Everything else — allergies, conditions, the medicines they are already on — can be filled in during the consultation, where you would learn it anyway.
Open the chart when they walk in. Write the note — it saves itself. Build the prescription or photograph the one you wrote by hand. Raise the invoice if you charged.
Two apps, one spine
Your practice is a sealed, private world. A patient registered with two doctors has two separate records, and neither doctor can see the other's notes unless the patient chooses to link them.
Your side
Every note, prescription and document you create belongs to your practice. Staff you add see only what you grant them, and every access is written to an audit trail you can read. Nothing you write can be edited by a patient — ever.
Their side
Patients read their own records, prescriptions and invoices, and can add a report you should see. They cannot delete one after you have acted on it, and they cannot change a word of your note. Free to them, permanently.
What it costs
There is no subscription, no card on file and no trial that runs out. Add as many patients, locations and staff as your practice actually has.
Medoc also takes no part in what your patients pay you. Consultation fees are settled the way they always were — cash or UPI, in the room, between you and them. The software records what was charged and what came back, and never touches the money.

No. Patients walk in rather than booking slots, so there is no calendar to maintain and no appointment to create. You open the chart when they arrive and start consulting. If you write prescriptions by hand, photograph one and it lands in the chart on your letterhead.
There is no gateway taking a cut, because Medoc never handles a payment — your patients pay you in cash or by UPI exactly as they do now. We are a small product company, not a marketplace, and we do not make money from your transactions or your patients' data.
No. Platform administrators can verify a doctor's registration and suspend an account; they have no route to a patient chart. That is enforced in the database security rules themselves, so it holds even if our application code has a bug — not just in a policy document.
They get two separate records, and neither doctor can see the other's notes. Practices are sealed from each other by default. The patient can choose to link them, which is their decision to make, not ours or yours.
Yes. Every screen is laid out for a 320px phone before a desktop, and a cold page is about 350 KB — roughly one photograph. There is no app to install and nothing to update.
You export them and leave. Clinical records belong to the practice that created them; we claim no ownership and there is no lock-in clause.
